Changing Phases of Perimenopause/Menopause
12 week series to support:
- Struggles with the transitions that sneak up for women, juggling multiple responsibilities & roles
- Find a balance to maintain your well-being and positive energy
- Physical, mental, emotional effects of Perimenopause which spans several years.
- Sense of deeper connection and understanding of changes in life
- Techniques and insights for self-care for the often-difficult phases leading up to & after Menopause.
- Each session will have a 60 minute practice and 30 minute interactive discussion. Drop in welcome.
