8-week group series with support focus:
- Struggles with the transitions that sneak up around 40s for women
- Physical, mental, emotional symptoms of Perimenopause which can span several years
- Techniques & insights for self-care during this often-difficult phase
- Sense of deeper connection within & understanding of changes in life
- Each 90 min session will have a 60 min practice and 30 min interactive discussion
- 8 participants only. 30 min Personal Intake call with each participant before series begins

"I started the series 'Yoga for Perimenopause' with an intention to bring a change in me, to do something for myself or give myself priority. With so many milestones this year, changes in my body and in my family, it was very overwhelming. Later in the year with reduced responsibilities, I still felt lack of purpose or motivation. With this series with Pragalbha, I learnt tools and techniques to overcome symptoms of perimenopause. With regular attendance and discussions I was able to focus, improve and meditate effectively. I added newly learnt exercises in my daily practice. In one of the last classes, I realized that during the series, I was going through lot of personal issues and I just breezed through decision making without getting confused. At the end of the series I felt I gained calmness, focus and clarity in my thoughts and felt like it is a start to new beginnings."
