Habitual patterns of using the body make some joints vulnerable to holding stress while some muscles remain under-used. In addition, our beliefs and lifestyle choices contribute to our stress pattern. The individualized sessions are designed to explore these patterns and train the body & mind to cultivate a balance.

  • Change is created through consistent practice to replace existing patterns.
Consistency requires accountability without judgment. With a commitment of working together you will have continued support for effective change.
  • Breath is an important tool to create any desired change and sustain it.
When you change the quality of your breath, it changes the stress patterns in your body & mind.
When you learn how to use your breath effectively to support you everything becomes surprisingly easier.
  • It is important to have a safe space to allow experiences of change.
Healing and change often brings up emotions and resistance. Having an outside source as a trusted container helps us stay on track.
  • Personal Strengths are our gifts that can be used to achieve our milestones and healing.
When we acknowledge and celebrate our strengths and the progress we are making; it becomes easier to keep going towards our desired change.
