I am noticing that I do not have as frequent emotional outbursts as had become a norm in the past. It happens now maybe once in a month, and I know it is times when I feel anguish or stress over some things. The every day yoga practice you design for me helps me. I don't have dizziness anymore, I feel energetic, and also I noticed that I am not crying anymore just before when my periods are about to begin! I am able to convey my feelings clearly without getting emotional in general. I love doing my practice every day!

I realized at times I am using my breath in a way that I am able to relax the tension developing in my body.
